 Adoptions
There
are almost an infinite number of ways in which families come together.
I have done a number of non-traditional adoptions for families that
do not fit neatly into the general categories described below. If you
are
not sure of the procedure you need to legalize your parental relationship,
give me a call. I may be able to help.

here. Adoption services provided include: Stepparent Adoption or Domestic
Partner Adoption; Adult Adoptions; Relative Adoption, and Readoptions of
Foreign Adoptions ( in order to get an American adoption decree and birth
certificate.)
I will make your adoption as simple and efficient as possible. I will stay
in close contact with you throughout your case and will be available to answer
all
of your questions or concerns along the way.
I am not an adoption facilitator, and do not hook up adopting parents with
available babies. I can refer you to resources for this. I also do not draft
estate planning documents such as wills and trusts, as I recommend seeing
a qualified estate planning specialist with the requisite tax expertise for
this.
